¿Mis invitados necesitan descargar una app?
No. Basta con escanear el código QR con la cámara del celular. Se abre directo en el navegador, sin instalar nada.
¿Cuántas fotos puedo recibir?
Depende del plan. Esencial incluye 5 GB (cientos de fotos en calidad original). Boda incluye 30 GB con fotos y videos de hasta 3 minutos. Recuerdo incluye almacenamiento ilimitado con videos de hasta 10 minutos. No hay límite de invitados en ningún plan.
¿Cuánto tiempo estarán disponibles las fotos?
Esencial: 6 meses. Boda: 12 meses. Recuerdo: 24 meses. En todos los casos te avisamos con tiempo antes de que expire para que descargues tu ZIP.
¿Puedo pedir reembolso si no lo usan?
Sí. Si en los primeros 90 días se subieron menos de 10 fotos a tu evento, te regresamos cada peso — sin preguntas. El reembolso aplica cuando el producto no fue utilizado. Escríbenos a hola@fotozap.mx.
¿Cómo descargo todas las fotos?
Desde tu panel, haz clic en "Descargar todo". Tu archivo ZIP con todas las fotos en calidad original se descarga directo a tu dispositivo, sin esperar ningún correo.
¿Qué pasa si mis invitados no tienen buena señal?
Cada foto se sube de forma individual. Si falla, se puede reintentar sin perder las que ya se subieron.
